THE WEALTH." This will attempt to
give you an overview of our history, program and

HISTORY: Founder and CEO, John
Amico envisioned a need for superior hair
care products to be made available to hair salons
and stylists around the world. Due to the consolidation
of manufacturing and distribution taking place,
he felt that the hair salons would be left behind.
He recognized this situation years ago while owning
and operating some 450 salons and schools around
the country. Innovation, quality products, quality
stylists and profits were all diminishing, rapidly.
Being a recognized hair stylist himself, internationally,
and having achieved a great deal of success, he
felt obligated and inspired to give back to his
profession. Just about six years ago, the "Share
The Wealth" program was born.
THE PROGRAM: "SHARE
THE WEALTH" is exactly what the
name indicates. Most distribution of hair care
products includes the necessary and well deserved
profits for the businesses that bring the manufacturers
products to the local markets. Problems occur
when those profits develop into a competitive
situation between the manufacturers and their
distributors. The results are what we hair salons
are now feeling. One possible solution is for
us to separate ourselves from this conflict. As
the manufacturer, "JA" products, eliminates
this channel by distributing their products direct
to the end-user, the hair salons and hair stylists
and only the hair salons and hair stylists.
Having access to the highest quality products
on the market is only the beginning. To secure
our businesses we must once and for all eliminate
the competition between the salon owner and the
stylist. This exists due to one major situation,
we are not profitable enough. The owners and stylists
are competing for limited profits in the same
manner as the manufacturers and distributors are.
The solution is relatively simple, increase the
profitability of the owners and the stylist and
then let cooperation instead of competition take
over. By purchasing at below wholesale levels,
we not only building additional profits into our
services, we build additional profits into our
retail sales.
"SHARE THE WEALTH"
does not stop there. Let's address "Word
of mouth advertising." If the manufacturer
does not have a multi-million dollar expense from
advertising, why not put some of those dollars
into the program? We do....Unlike all the products
you have recommended to so many others, over the
years, you will now get paid for that. I can hear
you now saying, "Oh great, we have to become
sales people." No you don't. You can certainly
take advantage of this opportunity but there are
no requirements to do so. We like to refer to
this as "RPM" (Referral Profit Marketing).
