Where are you located?
We are one block South of PGA Blvd. on Military Tr. in the Abbey Road Center on the East side of Military Trail.

Why do I always need an appointment?
We can on occasion accommodate a client without an appointment and many times do but we do operate by appointment only so as to be as efficient and productive as possible.

Why are your prices so much higher than that shop down the street?
We recognize that there is a market need for non-appointment, less expensive hair care. We do not attempt to service that market. With the years of experience our stylists have and our business experience, we have chosen to address the more demanding market. We believe we offer more of a value.

I noticed that you carry Rexall Showcase International products. Why don't other salons offer them?
We wish they would. One advantage of us being an appointment-only salon is that we can offer the RSI product line. We feel that this is a valuable addition to our hair care products for our clients.

I'm very happy with my current stylist but she rents a station and seems to be somewhat unhappy, any suggestions?
Absolutely, have her contact us. We do not subscribe to rental situations because we understand the needs of most stylists and can accommodate those needs through our compensation plan.

I hate the smell from nail services, is there anything that can be done about that?
We do too. We have a venting system in place that not only dramatically reduces the nail service odors but also reduces the hair service odors such as from perms.

Do you service children?
Of course. We have always wondered why some salons do not. They're our future clients.

Do you use MMA in your nail services?
No, never have and never will. The dangers associated with MMA are not acceptable to us, regardless of the cost savings.

Do you ever run specials or discounts?
Sure do. Generally we will advertise on our window display and stations, current and upcoming promotions. Usually, we tie the promo into a holiday or some special event occurring that month. Most center around our $5.00 Coupon, which also is used all the time as an incentive for referrals, birthdays, etc.

I'm a teenager and have had it difficult to get stylists to do what I want. Will you?
We're not sure. We are always educating ourselves to the latest trends and styles. We also make it a standard policy to suggest a style to our clients but we also realize that some want what they want and it is our obligation to satisfy their needs. Yes, we do many teenagers and some very trendy styles. To be sure we can accommodate your particular style, stop by and see us. All consultations are complimentary.
